補償について

下記の場合、ご面倒ですが商品到着から10日間以内にご連絡願います。

  • 届いた商品が注文と異なる場合
  • 開封時に破損していた場合

ご注文者様、配送業者、製作者などと協議、相談の上、返金、交換、返送などの対応を行わせていただきます。

 

Refund Policy

In cases when a refund is necessary we will accept, within 10 days from the receiving date,  for the following reasons;

-item received is not what was ordered

-item received and was damaged during shipping

We will ask buyers about the situation and also investigate with the shipping agent and suppliers. After we will make a refund or exchange or return of the item.
